Martin Visser BR03 sleeper sofa designed in 1960 and produced by Spectrum, Bergeijk (NL). Seating can be pulled forward to be used as (day)bed. This Sofa is completely re-upholstered in a green Ploegwool on a black metal frame, with additional cubical dark green armrests. Great comfort and Dutch Design.

Martin Visser designed his first modern Minimalist sleeping sofa for ’t Spectrum in 1956. In the following years he changed and improved his design until he designed the BR02 (round frame) and BR03 (square frame) in 1960. Visser was inspired by architects such as Rietveld, Les Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe, and artist as Mondriaan.

*We have a black and chrome frame in stock, which we can upholster in a fabric of choice. The listed sofa is an example, we can upholster the available frame(s) identical, but off course we have a large collection fabrics available.*
